It’s A ‘High Security’ World

If you’re involved in the business of global trade, you’re probably aware that most of the world’s customs and trade security programs require the use of ‘high security’ seals. If you import shipments into the United States, you’re required by law (U.S. Public Law 110-53, signed by President Bush in August 2007 and based on recommendations by the September 11th Commission) to use approved ‘high security’ seals. What you might not know is that there have been some recent additions, revisions and deadlines created for some of the guidelines and requirements set forth by these programs.
